Dr. Mistry received her PhD in cancer biology from the State University of New York, Health Science Center at Brooklyn. After completing her postdoctoral training, she continued to work as a faculty in the Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology and the Department of Oncological Sciences at the Icahn school of Medicine at Mount Sinai. A major focus of her research was on identifying novel targets of microtubule regulation and translating the basic discoveries into novel cancer therapies. She recently joined Weill Cornell Medicine as a scientific writer in the Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology of the Department of Medicine. She provides writing and editorial support in hematological malignancies and contributes to high quality scientific deliverables. She also supports and coordinates all activities related to the Specialized Center of Research program in lymphoma as well as the Lymphoma Malignancies Working Group at Weill Cornell Medicine.
